Singu Chuli, also popularly known as Fluted peak, is said to be very attractive for climbing. This mountain is clearly visible from the Annapurna south base camp. However, you catch a better look if you look from the moraine above the lodges. The general route to this peak goes from the north-east face.
Up to Machhapuchhre base camp, we follow the trekking trail and then we cross the south Annpurna glacier and moraines. Then we climb through the glaciers towards north pass through grassy shelf. Upon reaching there, we set up a camp at an altitude of 4900m. We continue the climb between the glaciers and the flanks of mountain to reach the plateau below the north-east face. We set up our camp I there.. Then we climb towards the right side which leads us below the vertical wall. We follow the culvert on the left and continue climbing to reach upper section of the east ridge and then the summit.
